I, for one, would love to see this happen. I think you'd sell a lot.
Look at the tome that Vizard produced for the A-series ... and
how many copies it has sold (I think it's in it 5th, maybe
6th printing).

While I don't have the expertise or experience of many others
on this list, I'll be happy to volunteer what I've got - as
well as computer space/time to help with the production. Just
let me know.
