This is an addendum to my preveious note regarding machining required to adapt Datsun drums to the TR series -- the cast iron insert must also be machined down to the same height as it is on the old drum. That is, if you lay both drums on the workbench, with the wheel face down, then the distance up to the edge of the cast iron insert must be the same. uncle jack |
