Auto transporter recommendations

I'm looking to transport a Spitfire (running, driving, etc., not the usual crap 
I'm generally trying to move) from just East of San Francisco to Appleton WI, 
or at least closer to Appleton WI.

1.  Anybody going that way looking to raise a little capital or defray their 
expenses?
2.  Recommendations on a good transport company?
