TR4 Wheels

Hello,
I am looking for replacement outer rims for my steel wheels. Mine have
some bad curb damage. I have tried the places like wheel smith and
Stockton wheel. They tell me that the rim centers are 13" and that no
one makes replacement rims. Does anyone on the list know of any one who
can repair my wheels or that might have replacements outer rims?
