I saw this on another list, and thought some people here might possibly be
interested. 302155 is the same carrier used by TR3-6, but I don't know if
the Dolly Sprint uses the same splines or not.

Subject: [triumph_vitesse] limited slip diff for dolly Sprint
anyone interested in the email below?
Robert Proud
I've caught up with a lady in Holland who is trying to put
together a group
buy of limited slip diffs from Quaiffe in the UK. She races a
Dolomite
Sprint with STO Racing - their team has been active for about 10
years with
a couple of cars. These units are no longer held in stock so a
group buy is
the only way of getting them.
My understanding is that the same diff unit is fitted to Triumph
2000/2500/2.5 as well as TR6 and some other TRs as well. If it is
any help
in identifying whether this is compatible some relevant part
numbers for
the Dolomite Sprint are: 3.45 ratio crown wheel & pinion -
UKC547,
differential casing (that bolts to crown wheel) - 302155.
Indicative price is UKP 400-450 plus freight costs.
I am interested in one for my Sprint race car and am happy to act
as point
of contact in NZ for anyone else. Alternatively contact Wineke
Hommes
direct at wineke@racet.nl. The website is
http://www.storacing.info/
Can you please circulate this to your club members via email or
any
upcoming newsletter or magazine.

Geoff
