TR3 manifold question

Will the later long-branch intake manifold, with short body HS6 carbs,
fit in the TR3 engine bay without interference? How about with air horns
or air filters?

I know that the total length of the early manifold / early carb is the
same length as the late manifold / late carbs, but I need to know if
there are any other clearance issues.
