But Cary, automotive exhaust emission restrictions do not include so
called greenhouse gases !  My TR3A emits far less CO2 (even if you
include CO that naturally degrades to CO2) than any SUV, simply because
it gets better gas mileage !!

We're mixing apples and oranges here ... which seems to me to be fairly
typical of our government.
