Well, this is a "can of worms".
Bottom line - if you moved the motor rearwards by 1 foot, you've probably
jacked the weight all over the place.
I'd corner weigh the car and see what's what. It you've gone from 60/40 to
50/50 (or whatever) then you need to change the spring rates and
everything accordingly.
Your best bet is probably coil overs.
With the coil overs, at least you can jack the weight around by changing
the ride height...
As a point of information, moving 300 pounds one foot in a 1600 pound car
is going to really change _everything_ in your car (suspension-wise).
