Archive FYI

I spent a bit of time looking at the archiving stuff, and fixed one minor
problem.  When you go to the web based, searchable, browsable archives at
http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/wilma/fot, you might now notice that one can click
on the line number displayed in search results, and be taken to the appropriate
place in the article.  Big news, eh?

Now, maybe I can work on getting the search program to only return hits on
the articles, and not the index and database files.  Yep, RealSoonNow.
