Amici: I may be in over my head here, but isn't the mechanical pump prone to vapor lock (the plague of the fifties), and the electrical pump the solution? Kevin Potter, or mechanic, says 'Real Racers' don't (are not allowed) to use electric fuel pumps. Bill Dentinger PS My wife's doctor says a tare in a diaphragm can be very serious. Of course, he's the same guy who left a message on our answering machine that said, "Pabst Beer is Normal." What about BUD...and Miller Genuine Draft? |
