Land-O-Lakes folks at Brainerd MN this year:

>> at CBIR have been cancelled. An authorized SCCA
>> official inspected the track on Friday, August 24 and
>> concluded once again that CBIR does not meet SCCA's
>> minimum safety requirements for road racing. Because
>> of this, SCCA refuses to sanction races at this track
>> and will not provide insurance.
