Ian-
The Duke of Oil (65 TR4A) has run 205x60x15 008's on a number of occasions
and although your tires are a size smaller, the pressure seems a bit much.
depending on the ambient temps the car gives the best pyrometer readings at
about 25 to 30 pounds. The rears usually want up to a pound less than the
fronts. Also on this car, which is rather stiffly sprung and bar'ed, the
rears run best with about 1 degree of neg static camber, but the front need
at least 2.5 to 3 degrees neg static camber to work the whole surface of the
tire. Of course your mileage may vary...
Does anyone know if these tires are really actually being discontinued? What
about that new spec Yoko tires, will they be built in our sizes?
Why are tires always so much grief....
