The best are 45 DCOE, but 40 DCOE runs it also.
With the 40 Weber take follow parts for a good driving mark:
emulsion tube F2 (if not available take a F16)
choke 32 (for more power in the top range take 34)
air correct jet 180
main jet 130 - 140
pump jet 40
idle jet 50F8
With the "D" cam this made approx. really 120 - 125 hp.
If you take a 45 Weber add. approx. 8 hp, with the same engine
modifications.
But you need a higher compression fuel pump!
