Yes, it's Dr. Colom's car on the market again. Price has not changed since
about 5 years ago or so. I recall it had something to do with a family
breakup. $40K is one way to avoid selling the car.
The machine is spectacular! Looks brand new in every conceivable way. He
once loaned me a front hub after mine failed at Watkins Glen. It came
wrapped in clear plastic, complete with greased bearings and seals in place,
with a dust cap, cotterpin, etc. It was a ready spare in his trailer. He
had loads of spares just like that, ready to go. Watched him replace a trans
one weekend with a unit that was factory fresh. Oh yea, every steering joint
on the car was wrapped in aluminum foil to keep dirt from getting to them.
An awsome machine.
But then there's the little matter of $40 large.
