New nomination

Hi all!

I would like to nominate Russell Munns to our hallowed ranks -- he is
currently preparing a Spitfire to compete in the TSSC Class A
Championships.  He has some past experience, but I will let him
introduce himself to you and tell his story when mjb is kind enough to
