To add slightly to Jack's fine advice:
Run soft pads and check them for taper wear, as the calipers flex.
Lanky at GP44 did come up with this parts match, but the hubs that they ran
used larger stub axles and bearings.
Mac Tilton told me that the hubs that he made were first done for an
actor/driver
who went by his PLN initials. This fine chap financed the development of the
Tilton hubs. (see and believe the thread about low volume parts cost)
The Tilton hubs also add 0.6" to the track (per side), but the design
does make the standard bearings work OK. I have many races on this setup.
If these hubs are still available, I have a few more tips about them.

Joe, the Tilton hubs were designed specifically to adapt the Jaguar brakes
to the TR-6. This was done for Group 44 in the early 70's when SCCA first
allowed the larger brakes on the TR-6. When I called Tilton to inquire
about them, they said they still had the program to make these hubs (they
are made on a CNC machine) and they had a set to me in a couple of weeks
(but that's been almost 20 years ago).
Anyway, the key factor about these hubs is that the surface where the
rotors attach has to be positioned just right to make the rotor line up
with the caliper. Since the design was for the TR-6, you have to use the
TR-6 (same as the TR-4A) caliper mounting bracket. However, this bracket
will bolt right up to any upright designed for a disk brake car (i.e.
TR-3/4, etc.)
I would contact Tilton first to see if the hubs are still available. Seems
to me they were about $125 each when I bought them. There may be other
people providing these same hubs today (Ken Gillanders, Greg Solow???).
