Interesting in mentioning Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I drove my first
Triumph in a street race there is 1955. I have a great photo of the two
Triumphs from the factory and my MG special I had just finished building the
night before and drove over from Salt Lake City . Our pit was on the main
street in front of the Hested's ( five and dime) store.
