TR3A Frame

Help!

I thought I had a suitable TR3A frame for a restoration project in Texas. 
When I got a closer look at it I decided that, although the problems are 
correctable, this frame would not be as this gentleman expected and told him 
that I would not ship it to him.

Does anyone have a line on a TR3A frame. I told him I would make an appeal 
for a different one.
