Amici:

Does anyone run a magnetoelectric generator on their TRs?  We're going to run 
the BADGER 200 again this year, at ROAD AMERICA in two weeks.  I don't run a 
generator, and I am concerned about the battery lasting for two hundred 
miles.  It did last year, but I thought it was sort of ambitious.

Is my concern well founded?

Is it a good idea?

If you do run a magneto...what do you run, and how do you do it?  Certainly 
some tractors must have them.
