Listers,
Please ignore my previous message! I had asked many questions about how
to build up an engine to extract the most performance from a supercharger. On
reflection I'm not sure that the type of mods I was asking about would be
proper
in vintage racing, which is where I plan to use the car. The Judson paperwork
stress's the fact that the unit should be attached to a stock engine. I have a
strong urge to soup up the car, but feel that much of the stuff I want to do
would
not be in the proper vintage spirit. I will, mostly, stick to magnafluxing and
modifying the crank fillets to increase the longevity of the crank which will
be
more stressed with the supercharger. This should also lighten the load on my
wallet, an important consideration.
