We have one of these @ the shop. I'll sum up it's usefulness by saying that
it has been holding up a VW Microbus for about 4 years now...(the same bus,
constantly...)
They are great if you are going to do brake work and have a rolling stool.
Otherwise, spend the extra $$ and get a real lift.
