where and how to unsubscribe

A handful of the new Team Thicko removable tattoos to the first person that 
can send me the "whole shibumi" (technical term) on un-subscribing and 
re-subscribing including where to address it to for the following...

British Car list,
Healey list,
Vintage race list.

I've managed to separate my work address from my wsthompson@thicko.com 
tireless self promotion address, so I need to unsubscribe from the work 
address. Does this make any sense?
