The results of the Blackhawk Classic and the more recent event, Vintage
Grand Prix Au Grattan, are posted. The VSCDA/Brian International
Challenge is being held up until we overcome some technical
difficulties.
Au Grattan was an outstanding event, as it always is, largely due to the
ministrations of Phil Cull and his mate, Judy.
Grattan is much like a minature Mid-Ohio and probably a bit underated.
It should be a "must do" for the serious vintage racer. Next year, OK?
The feature photo seems to be "shameless self promotion" in the style
(or lack of it) of Team Thicko. Once again we are inflicting a photo
(courtesy of Pat McMullen) of a TR4 on you and it will remain there
until somebody submits something else. Of course there is a Porsche
trailing the TR4...and Jim Donato's Sprite....we wouldnt have shown it
otherwise :-)
While you are looking at the website, get your calenders out and pencil
in Road America in September and the shining new VSCDA event at
Indianapolis Raceway Park.
