Possibly, depending on whether you want to just throw money at or troublesho=
ot it.=20
Since it is an early car I assume it has a single master cylinder. Is the br=
ake pedal solid or spongy? Does the pedal go to the floor? If you put the pa=
rking brake on & step on the brake pedal, is there much difference in the br=
ake pedal height? What shape are the brake pads & rear shoes in? If the pads=
are worn down to the point where the metal pad backing is hitting the calip=
er mount it can keep the brakes from working properly. Same for the rear lin=
ing.=20
If you have an area where there is an area of gravel where you can drive ont=
o it, then hit the brakes, you may Be able to determine which wheel(s) is no=
t breaking.=20
Could be friction material, brake hoses, master cylinder, calipers or crud i=
n the hard lines.=20
