Fergus ,
All 70-83 Z cars have 14" wheels except the Datsun Turbo 280 ZX has 15"
wheels just like a TR-6 .There are 2 types .The 1981 style used only 1
year and the 82-83 version .Some call the 1981 style similar to
honeycomb and the late style ,a German Swastika design . The thing is
that since Z wheels are getting scarcer by the minute ,for quality used
ones that are aluminum (Restoration usually costs as much as the wheels
,caps are NLA ,and new Lug nuts are expensive !) If he would consider
just steel wheels ,those usually don't command the prices of the stock
alloys . As far as bolt pattern and offsets ,for the Tr ,your on your
own for research ,except I do know for Sure ,that a MG-B uses the same
14 inch wheels used in racing 240 -280 Z cars . I would just buy a set
of Panasports , Minilites ,Revolution or Empis .....
