[Roadsters] early gauges

I am still in need of an early tach and speedo on the cheap cheap 
please. Non working is fine. ($100 ea for non working is not cheap 
guys.)

I had several replies from screen names that I didn't recognize. 
"USAGREEN" being one. Does anyone recognize this name? Or is it a 
spammer that should be reported?
