| Yup, what they said. I replaced mine with 1 3/4"exhaust and it fit through the x-member just fine. I expanded the front of the pipe to fit on the inside of the expansion pipe. So probably 1 7/8"-ish, and that expanded part just fit through my x-member. I put a Magnaflow muffler behind the x-member with no resonator, and I think it sounds great. Not too loud, and not buzzy. fwiw stock '67 1600 Ken Janesville, WI '67 1600 Some kinda 80's Chevy blue. Hey, give her a break, she grew up a Detroit girl. ________________________________________ datsun-roadsters@autox.team.net Archive: http://www.team.net/archive Unsubscribe: http://autox.team.net/mailman/options/datsun-roadsters/mharc@autox.team.net |
