[Roadsters] 1964 SPL310 radio

I have what may be an original positive ground radio for my 1964 1500.  It is
made by Fleetwood, Model C-200. Can someone confirm it? I was told that it is
broken but it will fill the hole in my console.   I am also looking for a set
of knobs and a faceplate as well  as a picture of the front of the OEM radio.
