Yes Jeff Torres does sell and I think make grill badges.
Jim
I thought someone said Jeff Torres, Solvang organizer, did some grill
badges.
Cost being low will increase numbers sold

Someone on the list did 1600 and 2000 grill badges a few years back.
I've got one; suppose I could flank it with a 50th...

They offer free quotes and looks like they have done lots of club
badges. Keep the cost under $25 and I'm in for one or two.

That sounds like a GREAT IDEA. Grill mounted would look great. Any
artists in the group? Let's share some ideas and see if we can get
orders and
send into production.

How about we do a 50-year badge - something that can be mounted on the
front of the car. I would be willing to contribute and, I'm willing to
look
into the production if there is any interest from the group.

I love the stir of passion and the desire to bring some of the

running and ready for the call and since we have another year plus, I
have
a
4th one (the 1964) I was looking to get running.
Let's see what we can do to show the world the little car that can

I think the retro potential would be great. Miata does a good job
with
the
MX5. The only problem is the FAIRLADY moniker that was given the
roadster
in 1963 got stolen by the Z's in Japan. Time to make the FAIRLADY
the
new
sports car on the block Nissan/Datsun.

Nissan did take an iconic car from their past and "bring it back".
It
is
called the GT-R!
It was a risky move but wildly successful.
As cool as it would be to have a Datsun Roadster equivalent to the
"new"
Beetle or 'Stang/'Maro, Nissan probably wouldn't cut into Z34
roadster
sales.
