hi,all, you know, this is how rumors get started. i have bought a roadster
without
title before, and i went to the bmv(or dmv), and found out who is the last
title holder was. i found the guy(a company in my case),took the correct
paperwork with me, and asked him to sign over the title, which he did.
of course, i explained the circumstances, and he was happy to do it.
it is important to have all the paper work with you, so all he has to do is
sign. i hope someone rescues this roadster.
