Dave,

It all depends on the capacity of the existing relay.  If there is capacity
just add the driving lights to the high beam wire.  The easy way is to install
another relay for the driving lights and wire it to the high beam wire going
to the normal headlight.  That way you'll be sure not to overload anything.
