I happen to have two of these in my front yard...
I got one of them running at one point, and I must concur - slow slow slow...
Painfully small car to squeeze into as well. I realized it was not a
car I wanted to put more money into, so they have sat dormant since
that.
BTW, I need to get rid of them very soon, a decent functioning car can
be built from both if someone is interested in the Sacramento, CA
area, email me off list
