[Roadsters] 44PHH-2 Type Q Fuel Overflow Issue

On closer examination, the post-shutdown fuel overflow is from both 
throats, so this seems more likely to be a float/valve issue.

Now, to get the covers off for inspection without damaging the gaskets....
