As a low-windshield guy, I couldn't care less about how the late-model
buzzer sounds. If I had a late-model car, one of the first things I would
do would be to disconnect the buzzer. Like I did with my '73 Mazda rotary,
in addition to bypassing some of the more annoying emissions control
devices....
(If anyone wants to know a sure-fire way to be able to start an early '70s
vintage Mazda rotary in sub-zero weather despite what the dealer might have
told you, let me know.)
