I heard Les tell a prospective customer once that it would cost X amount of
money to have his car restored and that when it was done it would probablyB
be worth about half of that amount...one roadster I know of that was
professionally restored ended up being sold for about a third of what the
owner had spent on the restoration. consider it a labor of love, not a
moneymaker- the greatest value is in the fun you will have driving it along
with your pride of ownership...a restored roadster is a work of art
andB you'll have a lot more fun with it than spendingB the same amountB of
money on a painting and hanging it on your wall
