I recabled my accelerator cable with a wire cable I picked up at the motorcycle
shop. I think it was about $5.00, considerably cheaper than replacing the
entire cable. It had the bead on the near end. I pulled the old cable,
inserted the new, and had it running again in less than 10 minutes. Good luck,
