[Roadsters] easy seat removal

Earlier this year someone said something to the effect: 

If I had known how many times I would be removing the seats, I would have 
installed push pins (<---???) for easy seat removal. 

Does any one remember this, or remember saying this? What was being referred 
to?

Looking to speed up and make easier the removal of the seats in my 2000.
