[Roadsters] '65-'67 Roadster on eBay

Check out Item 260469974233 on eBay.  The body is clearly a '65-'67 (don't
know which), but it has a dash with an interesting combination of '65-'67
features and '67-1/2 features.  Anyone ever see something like this before?  A
factory anomaly?
