Hi Tim, 

I use a 1/4 inch drive socket backwards... clamp a set of vice grips real tight 
onto the socket and the square end that you'd normally put on the wrench fits 
nice and tight over the adjuster. doesn't really matter what size socket so 
long as 1/4 inch drive.
