Yes, it's a straight swap if you are going from the 3.70 to a 4.11, 4.88 or
5.88. If you are going to a 4.38, 4.63 or 5.13, you will need a 4mm thick
spacer to put behind the ring gear.

there is a roadster limited slip diff on eBay, with 3.70 gears. can the
ratio be easily changed, while maintaining the LSD?
in other news.... i drove up ACH to Newcomb's Ranch yesterday. it was a
BLAST! the car ran great, there were few cars, and those there were
actually moved over for faster cars. not that i was going fast....
