[Roadsters] Fuel Line size

I'm about to put the fuel system together, and I noticed the fuel lines 
in my car are the same diameter as the brake lines.  This seems awful 
small to me. 

Are all cars this way, and is this correct, or did some bonehead put 
small fuel lines in my vehicle?
