I wonder how the heck that tire rolling crap could be enforced.
On another note Oregon just made mention in Sports Car Market magazine as
being the easiest state to register a classic car cheaply in. Apparently you
can register your McLaren F1 or Ferrari California Spyder for $125, keep and
store it there a few months, and not pay the staggering taxes some other
states charge upon initial registration (ie sales tax). Due to bankruptcy
Southern California is currently the most expensive place to newly register
your car; ironically that's where may high end classics end up.
