Hey Folks!
I hope everyone in the East is looking forward to the Mitty as we are out here
in the West are or Solvang! The week is here at last! We took the car out for
a nice long drive this last weekend and it is ready to go. So now comes the
fun part - getting together with everyone else.
On Friday, the San Diego area folks are meeting up down there and heading up
I-5. That should be one nice morning drive! I will arrive at the Nordstrom's
parking lot at the Irvine Spectrum at 10:30 AM and will hang out until 11:00
AM or so. I have not heard from anyone saying they will meet me there, but I
figure I can just head to the valley and meet everyone at the Woodlake bowl if
no one stops by.
So from the South:
Take I-5 North to I-405 N.
Take the first exit you can on I-405 North which is Irvine Center Drive. (It
is actually on the interchange between I-5 and I-405)
Turn right at the light (Enterprise) and then look for roadsters on your
left.
>From the North
Take I-405 South to Irvine Center Drive
Turn left and go over the freeway
Turn right at the light (Enterprise) and keep going. Look for roadsters!
If you are closer to the Valley ant want to meet at the Woodlake bowl in
Woodland Hills, I figure to get there around 12:30 PM, give or take traffic.
Hopefully there will be a nice crowd of us heading up from San Diego/Orange
County.
Take I-5/I-405 to 101 N.
Exit Woodlake Blvd.
Turn right and thn right on Ventura Blvd. and look for roadsters!
These times make sense to me, but I am sure there is wiggle room either way
for those who want it.
