Skinny, hard-compound 1967 tires and no limited-slip don't make for great
launches. Road & Track tested a 1967 2000 and said, "Wheelspin becomes
significant with the standard 2000's torque and, with tires that put more
rubber on the road than the standard 5.60-14s, acceleration times could be
improved considerably."

I saw a Road & Track article from the era that had the 0-60 time for a
SRL-311 MUCH, MUCH lower than Loreli is capable of. As I recall, it was
somewhere quite a bit over 6.0 or 7.0. I don't know what "light foot" they
had driving that day, but... WHAT A PUSSY! LMAO!
