[Roadsters] Window Winder Thingie

Thanks for input on headlights -

Has anyone taken apart the window winder up/down mechanism?
Mine jammed - there is a small piece of metal that looks like it does
something that came loose and therefore I have NO IDEA where to put it back.

I could break down the one I got  from Craig, but am reluctant to so do.

All advice would help
