Oliver,
Nissan shows different part numbers for high-windshield and low-windshield
cars, and indicates the high-windshield part is not interchangeable with the
low-windshield part. That said, if the inlet and outlet nozzles are in
slightly different positions, or there is some other difference not related
to the core itself, the parts would be considered "not interchangeable". It
is entirely possible, maybe even likely, that that the cores themselves can
be interchanged if the heater core assembly is taken apart. If no one on
the list knows, I'll bet Dann Bramhall or Mike Young would know, and have
used parts available. Or Ross Mullen.
