[Roadsters] car dates

Hi list, These date stamps have always been strange. I bought a 1600 in 
Washington D.C. in August of 1967. It had been purchased in Georgia new in 
June. The PO had bought it there and was on orders to Nam when he sold it to 
me. It was titled as a 68....bob ballinger--67-1600 Muncie,IN
