Joe,
You might try one of the vinyl window restore products just to see if the
window can be fixed. I was surprised how well it worked, I think it was Blue
Magic, something like that specifically for windows.

Subject: [Roadsters] Soft top Window replacement?
Hi List,
I am restoring a recently acquired 1970 SRL311. The factory soft top canvas
is in excellent condition but the windows are cooked (dried out, red/black
in color). Has anyone attempted to just replace the windows?
There doesn't seem to be an easy way to replace them except for removing the
back canvas panel at the seam. If that's the case, I think I would be better
off by just getting a replacement top from a vendor (unless anyone has a
black one they would like to sell). I would love to have the original top on
the car. I do have the factory tonneau cover - it needs a couple of patches
and the zipper re-sewn.
Like most of you, I never drive with the top up although I do enjoy trying
to keep my cars as close to original as I can.
Thanks,
Joe
