Look for a metal fabricator / auto customizer or restoration / hotrod shop
in the yellow pages, or go to some local cruise-ins and ask the hotrod guys.
The guy who did mine has a complete metal fab shop, complete with english
wheel, planishing hammmer, etc. Last car he finished was a '54 Bentley -
had to make a rear quarter from scratch.
He charged me $2 a louver for both the hood and fenders.
