One of the problems, particularly with the 2L Solex B cams is that it could
have been built that way at the factory, done at the dealer, or by an owner.
All the parts including the tag were available and no records were kept. It is
nearly impossible to prove an original car. Detroit on the other hand seemed
to have when the lug nut installer blew his nose archived somewhere, I think
it's the 14th digit of the serial number.
